Tuesday 3-3-15

This Thursday, not only are we watching the release of 15.2, but at 5:30pm, we are giving a tutorial on the Kip.

Kipping is what will allow you to get more work done in less time for things like pullups, chest 2 bar pullups and muscle ups. Be there at 5:30 for some lessons on keeping tight and when to use that power. All are welcome!

Strength: 3 Rounds of: – :30-1:00 chin-up hold -25 Hollow Rocks

5×2:00 AMRAP with 1:00 rest -3 Deadlifts (225/185) -5 Bar Facing Burpees -7 Box Jumps


That look your kid gives you when they don’t get to come to Swink Kids class. Remember, it’s every Tues and Thurs starting at 4:15 for the young ones!
