The Open is officially over everyone. Congrats to everyone who competed! Everyone did awesome and we couldn’t be more proud.

We’re going to do a get together most likely the 16th of April to recognize everyone for their efforts and just a great reason to have some fun again.

On to today:

Competition Tuesday Swink Fundamentals & Performance -Glute Strength

Strength: EMOTM for 8:00 -1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Squat Clean

For Time: -5 Deadlifts (weight from above) -30 Box Jumps -10 Deadlifts -25 Box Jumps -15 Deadlifts -20 Box Jumps -20 Deadlifts -15 Box Jumps

Swink Barbell Snatch + Snatch Balance (no dip) -5×(1+1), no misses.

Snatch -1, 1, 1, 1 ,1

Snatch Pull -5×3 (The last rep let down with a 10 sec eccentric count)

Snatch Push Press -5, 4, 3, 2, 1
