Great day at the gym yesterday. So proud of everyone who came in (some multiple times!) and took on the challenge.

Remember, if you’re not busy this Saturday morning and you’re free, come out to class at 9:45 for a partner workout!

Competition Tuesday Swink Fundamentals & Performance -Shoulder Strength

Skill: -Kipping

10:00 Ladder 1, 2, 3, 4….etc reps of: -Pullups 2, 4, 6, 8….etc reps of: -Burpees

Ex: Round 1 is 1 Pullup and 2 Burpees Round 2 is 2 Pullups and 4 Burpees
