Well, redos are done and 18.3 is now behind us. Anyone want to take any guesses on the next one?! We know we still have:
– Deadlifts – HSPU – C2B – WallBalls – Box Jumps – Thrusters – you could possibly see Power Snatch or Squat Snatch – Clean and Jerk – Shoulder 2 OH – Lunges….and the list could continue if we repeat a movement.
Needless to say, stay ready!
