Today we doing a workout were our strength component is in the workout. It’s also meant to be heavy, as we might see in the Open.

Competition Tuesday Swink Fundamentals & Performance -Hip Mobility

Skill: -Squat Clean technique

20:00 AMRAP -1 Squat Clean (tough/heavy) -5 Box Jumps (24/20) -15 Double Unders 1:00 rest between rounds

*The idea of each round is to move as fast as possible through the 3 movements. Recovering during the 1:00 rest is a priority!
