Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

Skill: Snatch Technique

Repeat workout from 11-15-13 12:00 to get as far as possible of: -10 Snatches (95/65) -500m Row -6 Snatches (115/75) -500m Row -4 Snatches (135/85) -500m Row -Snatches with remaining time (155/95)
