Well we kicked off Monday right with a good, fast and heavy day all wrapped into one. Just keeping the train moving today.

Strength:

-5 Wall Walks

-3 Deadlifts with a 2-3 sec pause at the knee, 60-70%

-rest 1:30

3 Sets of:

-20/15 Calorie Bike

-15 Pullups, RX (unassisted) RX+(C2B)

-15 DB Thrusters, RX (40s/25s) RX+(50s/35s)

Accessory:

-100 Hip Extensions, as few sets as possible, weighted if desired
