Tuesday 11-3-15

So we did 30 Snatches and they’re tough. Maybe not heavy, maybe not intense, but tough as in technically difficult. We understand these things that often frustrate us are also the things that we need to try and improve on.

This is why we offer a Barbell class. It gives you the opportunity to improve on these lifts, the lifts that are technically difficult. It’s very laid back, focuses on the technique and once that’s improved on, allows you to jump in weight. It’s every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15pm. Come on out if you can, it definitely helps.

Snatch -5×2 @70%

Snatch High-Pull -3×3 @70%

Snatch Pull on Riser -3×3 @80%
