Happy November everyone. Today we begin an at home Handstand “project” that you can only benefit from. Help us out by doing these tasks at home so it can improve your Handstands, both the pushups and freestanding. Also, we’d love to see your skills in action, so go ahead and post to social media and use #SwinkHandstands so we can find all your pics….not like a creeper though….maybe a little….JUST KIDDING!

Also, we’d really love to get this Basic of Nutrition on the books soon, so be looking for that. We are also going to plan a Christmas party, so look for that as well!
