Today starts your days of giving up one thing in your diet that is not good for you and to add something into your diet that is good for you!  This can be something like replacing fried chicken with grilled chicken or veggies instead of fries. It doesn’t have to directly replace something, it can be drinking some green tea and giving up french fries, just make this small change now. Lets hit it today hard, it’ll be a tough one!
