#1 Time for a new challenge this week, more on that at the gym!  #2 Dont forget that this Friday is our 8th South Bound Throwdown. We would to see you all there this Friday, its going to be great this month! #3 That was a tough workout with all those sprints, but we are very proud of everyone that showed up to put in work!  We even had some familiar faces show back up and it was nice to see them again!

Swink Fundamentals -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

Strength -7×2 Back Squats Rest 60 sec between each set

3 Rounds for time: -15 Burpees -7 Deadlifts (205/135)

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

2-2-2-2-1-1-1 -Snatch

3 Rounds of: -15 Pullups -10 Unbroken Power Cleans* (choose your weight and you will go up in weight each round) *Building your mental toughness and aggressiveness with the bar!
