Competition Tuesday is here and we have a fun one for ya. The CrossFit Team Series has come to a close and our team did awesome! They grinded through some tough workouts and they definitely made Swink proud! We’re going to do a tiny piece of what they did for our workout today.
But first, something we need to let you know, an update of yesterday’s info and dates. As of now, we are putting the noon Sweat class on hold. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we hope to able to revisit this class time in the near future. Also, in addition to our weekend of activities, Airrosti will be at the gym this Wednesday at 6pm to do a foam roller class. We encourage any and everyone to participate in the class. To make it even easier to attend, on Wednesday we will be doing the same workout in Fundamentals and Performance so you can choose either an earlier class or later class. Finally, on Monday evening, during all classes SFH (Stronger, Faster, Healthier) will be at the gym sampling all their products and informing you on their product line. Try to come by in the evening if at all possible, we’d love you support!

Swink Barbell Technique: -Snatch Long Pull + Press in Snatch -3x(3+3)
Snatch -5×1 @70% OTM, 5×1 @75% OTM, 5×1 @80% OTM – If after these 15 sets on the minute you feel good, continue to a heavy single with a max of 5 more singles
Snatch High-Pull -4×3 @80%
Snatch Pull on Riser -95%x3, 100%x3, 105%x3
