Strength/Skill: -8:00 to build to 5 Rep OHS

For Time, 12:00 cutoff (get as far as possible): -30 OHS (bar) -15 Double Unders -7 Handstand Pushups -20 OHS (95/65) (75/55) -30 Double Unders -14 Handstand Pushups -10 OHS (135/95) (95/65) -45 Double Unders -21 Handstand Pushups -5 OHS (155/105) (115/75) -60 Double Unders -28 Handstand Pushups

Swink Barbell Technique: Slow-Pull Snatch (5 sec to mid-thigh) + High Hang Snatch + Snatch Balance -4 x (1+1+1)

Snatch -70%x1, 75%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1, 90%x1

Clean & Jerk -70% x (1+1), 75% x (1+1), 80% x (1+1), 85% x (1+1)

Clean Pull -90%x2, 2×2 @95%

Back Squat -70%x3, 3×3 @75%


All these people stayed after the 6:30pm class to do their extra credit…proud of you guys!
