Nice start to the week wouldn’t you say guys! As for today, let’s slow things down and focus on a few accessory pieces and strengthening those weaknesses.

Swink Fundamentals

-Shoulder/Pec Mobility

Strength:

-Build to heavy 5 Rep on Sumo Deadlift. We did this setup 2 weeks ago and if you know that weight, add 5-10lbs to that.

-take 80% of that, do 3×8

-accumulate 2:00-3:00 in a chinup hold

-3×200-300ft KB Front Rack Walk

-accumulate a 2:00-3:00 static hold, parallel to the ground, on the GHD, face down
