Wow, we couldn’t be more proud of everyone today! That was a tough one and everyone made it through and was stronger from doing so. Congrats everyone! Today is the last Thursday we will have. Next week starts our new schedule. It looks like this, for those who haven’t heard us say it yet: Mon, Tues, Wed -5:30am -9:00am -5:30pm -6:30pm -7:30pm
Thurs -Open Gym/ Make Up Day/ Active Recovery -4-8pm
Fri -5:30am -9:00am -5:30pm -6:30pm
Also, this Friday is the Throwdown. We want all who can be there, to be there. We also want to remind you that it is potluck, so bring your favorite dish!
Lastly, we will not have class this Saturday. We will instead host a clean up party!! Yay! What does this mean? Well, after the Throwdown we’re sure you all can imagine that there is some cleaning up to do. Well, if you’d like to help out then come on down. We’ll probably stroll into the gym at about 10am.
