Something we want everyone to know is that we have a cruise coming up and we will be gone Sep. 5th (Thursday)-Sept. 9th (Monday). However, we are doing our 5:30am class that Thursday morning before we leave and will do classes Monday evening. We will have Austin and a few members doing the classes we are going to miss out on, so no worries! Just your favorite coaches ever won’t be there! 😉 Also, we are adding a 5:30am on Monday morning starting on Sept. 16th! We are also looking at a possible schedule change for classes which add a 9:00am class during the week and few minor changes at night. More on that later. Now for a workout!
