As most of you found out today/tonight, IT’S HOT!  It is going to take a toll on you if you are not properly hydrated. So, please drink your water, at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water. When we say “at least” that means, DRINK MORE THAN 1/2 YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN OUNCES OF WATER.
