Reminder that on Friday, we will not be having class. But, we will have the gym open for an open gym type setting during normal class hours. We are headed to San Antonio for CrossFit Regionals. Also, Monday is “Murph” Day which is a Hero workout. We are doing a 3 hour spread from 2-5pm, where you have the option to come in and do this hero workout with us, or use the gym as open gym.
