Swink Performance 3×5 Back Squats 3×5 Bent Over Rows

3 Rounds AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!! -8 Chest 2 Bar Pullups -12 Hand Release Pushups -8 Clean & Jerk (135/95) -12 Box Jumps (24/20)

With the remaining time, foam roll, use a lacrosse ball, mobilize with the bands, but get loose so you can be ready for tomorrow!
