Remember we will have a normal class schedule today. No Friday classes (except 5:30am) and no Saturday class.
We’re very proud of everyone this week because it has been a tough one no doubt! We’re in a phase of getting our strength up so lifting is part of our routine now. PR’s are also following along with us and keep happening which is a great indicator that it’s alllllll working. Keep up the good work everyone.
