Remember everyone that today we will have a normal schedule as we don’t have classes this Friday. However, Friday evening, from 4-7pm there will be Open Gym with a workout posted for you guys to come in and do.

Well, in the theme of Thursday’s, we have a hero workout to do today, can’t wait for most of you to participate!

“Blake” U.S. Navy Senior Chief Cryptologic Technician David Blake McLendon, 30, of Thomasville, Georgia, assigned to Naval Special Warfare Group 2 Support Activity in Norfolk, Virginia, was killed Sept. 21, 2010, in a helicopter crash during combat operations in the Zabul Province in Afghanistan.

McLendon is survived by his wife, Kate; parents, David and Mary-Ann; brother, Chris; and sister, Kelly Lockman.
