Open Gym is today from 4-8pm. We want as much participation during this time as possible. Come in and do 1 of the following:
1) Make up a workout that you missed this week.
2) Work on a skill. We will even help narrow the field: today’s skill is Muscle Ups and/or Squat Cleans
3) Our Swink Barbell is tonight from 6:30-7:30pm. It is our program dedicated to strength and developing efficiency in the Olympic lifts.
4) We’ll have a couple of options on the board tonight. Gather a friend up, choose a workout and get after it.
