Swink Performance 3×5 Back Squat 3×5 Bench Press

“Odd Job” (odd object training) 15:00 AMRAP -120ft Farmers Walk (plates or head of a dumbbell) -12 Goblet Squats (50/35) -Wall Ball Wall Throw & Jump + 150m Run w/ ball (20/14) (you’ll see!)
