The Open begins! The day is here that we find out what we get to challenge ourselves with. Tonight, at 7pm, we find out the first Open workout, 16.1, and we hope you’re able to make it out to the gym to watch it with us LIVE.
Also, come on in to Open Gym to work on some Skill, such as Double Unders or Kipping or do the Barbell workout early. This would also be the perfect time for you to do some recovery, mobility and/or some stretching.
