Whoa…past few days have made for some soreness! Well, we got some Barbell for ya today and Open Gym makes ya focus on the rough.

Open Gym (1) Make up a missed workout

(2) Skill: Overhead Squats

(3) Workout: 10:00 EMOTM -3 OHS, with as narrow of a grip as possible

Swink Barbell/Extra Credit Technique: -Press in Snatch – 5, 4, 3 (ascending weights)

Snatch -Heavy Single -1×1 @90%, 1×1 @95%

Overhead Squat -5×2 @75%

Snatch Push Press -5×5 @70% (% of snatch)

Snatch Pull -5×3 @90%
