Swink Fundamentals & Performance -Shoulder Strength

Skill: Dumbbell Snatch

For Total Reps: 1:00 on/1:00 off -Max Rep Dumbbell Snatches -Max Calorie Row -Max WallBalls -Max Calorie Row

One partner will do Dumbbell Snatches while one partner rows. Then you will switch during the 1:00 rest. Once both have done the Dumbbell Snatches, you will move on to wallballs. You will go through this sequence twice.
