ATTENTION!!!  The schedule tomorrow is a decision, either yoga at 9:30 or CrossFit at 9:30. We will work on separating these times but for tomorrow they are the same time. If you choose to do yoga, it is at Daymes Yoga studio, which is at the Lighthouse Coffee Shop.

Amy front squatting more than she thought she could do!  We believed in her and she did 50lbs more than she thought her max was.  Its important someone believes in your goals and abilities, whether it be yourself or a coach or a friend/family member. We cannot always be strong for ourselves and it is good to have someone there to support you when you are unsure!
