14.2 was a challenge to say the least, especially for those who do not have chest to bar pullups down. However, you all rose to the occasion and did awesome, so congrats to you all and we are proud of you! Now for a fun partner workout:

Swink Fundamentals & Performance -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

Partner workout: 20:00 for Max Calories Partner 1: -Max Cal. Row

Partner 2: -20 Double Unders/60 Singles -10 Burpees -5 Deadlifts (225-185/175-135)

Partners switch once the work is completed by partner 2.
