Guys the day is here, our weight loss seminar/lecture.
Today is the first step in the 6 week long plan. We do realize not everyone can make the day and we are for sure working to either come up with a plan for each one that cannot be there or to redo the day.
Also, don’t forget that we will be taking notes/writing down info needed to proceed with this plan so come prepared.
Finally, the schedule for tomorrow. Our normal 9:45am class has been moved to 9am, like last week. For those of you wanting to come in at 8am to do more/extra, that’s still on as well.
