Skill: Pistol Squats! (this time for real!) 3 sets of the following*: -10/leg Box step ups (unweighted or weighted) -10/leg rolling pistols -10/leg pistol attempts *In between each set, do a set of max pullups (Negatives/Strict/Weighted)


Excited about this Throwdown coming up this Friday!  Its a special one because we will have our first shirt for the event and we are actually sending someone off at the Throwdown/dedicating the Throwdown to him, Joey!
