The beginning of the month!  Payment is due by the 3rd, so please if you are not on auto payment, please be sure to square that away with us. Also, there are many options as far as workouts go, to do tomorrow.

1) If you were not at class on Friday, do the make up workout, which is “Karen”, 150 Wall Balls for time.

2) If you are doing Festivus Games, trying both workout #2 and #3.  The #2 workout is: -21 Cal. Row, 15 Burpee Box Jumps, 9 Cleans,  15 Burpee Box Jumps, 21 Cal. Row The number #3 workout is: -15 Deadlifts, 800m Run, 15 Deadlifts

3) The Hotshots 19 workout honoring the 19 firefighters who passed away from battling a wild fire. It is: 6 Rounds for time of: -30 Air Squats, 19 Cleans, 7 Strict Pullups, 400m Run
