We hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready to get back to work.

Everyone doing okay with peeping their meals?!  We are starting our 2nd week of this month’s nutrition challenge and remember, it’s all about prepping and making meals for 3-5 of the days each week. Here are some pics of people staying on track:

2×10:00 Rounds, back to back -1000m Row, then 2, 4, 6, 8, etc of: -Weighted lunges (barbell, dbs or plate) -Burpee

Swink Fundamentals -Hip Mobility -Glute Strength

Skill/Strength: -Back Squats -10:00 to build to a tough TECHNICAL* 5 Rep *TECHNICAL-to be performed with the BEST technique, never sacrifice form…after all, this is “training”.

10:00 AMRAP: -1 Length of weighted Lunges (with DB) -3 DB Snatches/arm -5 Burpees

Core: -3×15/side Anti-Rotation Presses

Swink Performance -Hip Mobility -Glute Strength

Strength: -10:00 to build to a tough 5 Rep on Back Squat -1×5 @90% -1×5 @80%

-3×5 Strict Press, tough

3 Rounds for time: -6 Split Jerks, alternating (155/115) -24 Calorie Row

Core: -3×15/side Anti-Rotation Presses
