Well, it’s the first of the Month which means so many opportunities ahead.

First, we have to remember our July Member of the Month by doing a workout dedicated to her. If you didn’t get a chance to read her write up, click here to check out your fellow Swinker, Janie.

Second, be looking out for our Member of the Month for August.

Third, we are gearing up for a great event for you all, but it will be on a Friday night. As soon as we have a concrete date, you’ll need to mark your calendars because you won’t want to miss out.
