Who’s ready to get back to the grind this week?! We know the holiday threw some people off this past week, but now let’s get back on track this week! A few things that are happening this week and WE WANT YOU TO KNOW! Coach Betsy is getting LASIK surgery on Friday so wish her luck! This means she will not have Project Booty Friday night. Instead she will have that class made up on Thursday night at the same time, 6:30pm. She will also not be able to run class on Saturday morning as she will have a follow up. This brings us to the next issue. Our athlete Justin will be competing in The Woodlands on Saturday in The Fittest Games so wish him luck when you see him. However, I will be going to the competition with him. This means for sure we will not be able to have class on Saturday the 13th. Friday we are still working out a solution for the evening classes but the most it will be is Open Gym. There will still be morning classes on Friday morning. We want to thank you for always understanding a hectic summer schedule we have. We always try to keep things as smooth as possible.
