The retesting begins….

The heat is definitely going to play a roll in our retests and how/when we’re going to get the workouts done. First and foremost is the 5K. We still are planning on doing it this Saturday, however, we plan on doing it before the normal scheduled workout which is at 9:45. The 5K will begin at the gym, make a large loop and end at the gym. We plan on starting at 8:15am.  We’ll be at the gym early to allow foam rolling and mobility and will begin a warm up promptly at 8am. The temp should be about 75-78° at that time in the morning. Please plan accordingly and we would love to have EVERYONE out to support/participate in the 5K. 

Also, after these 2 weeks of retesting, we will restart a Fitness and Nutrition challenge. This time the Nutrition challenge will be more in depth and longer, splitting up in 3, 1 month challenges.  It will also carry over to our Swink Sweat class as well.  If you have any friends our family looking to join us, this time would be the perfect opportunity to try us out!
