What a great weekend at the all ladies competition. We are so proud of our ladies that competed and thankful for those who came to support in person and online support! Now time to get back to work for the next competition.

There are 2 coming up in August. The first is a competition that’ll put each gym against the next. It’s called Battle of The Boxes and it’s on August 9th. More info as we find out more.

The second competition is a partner competition on August 16th. A board at the is already set up to sign up for a partner or if you already have one. We really want a huge showing for this and we encourage you all to do this one. Time to step it up and do something out of your comfort zone.
