Last bit of news: -This Saturday, after class, we are cooking on the grill! We will bring the grill up to the gym and plan on cooking out following the workout. Remember we are doing this as a going away party for Nicole and a birthday celebration for Coach LeAnne. We also want to use this time as a way for us to meet new faces and come together to build this Swink Family stronger! It’s BYOB and we’ll have a sign up at the gym for what you’ll be bringing. Hope we have tons of faces there!

Strength: -Build to a heavy single on Squat Clean (12:00) -3×2 Squat Cleans @80%

10:00 AMRAP -5 Clean and Jerks (155/115) -10 Pullups

Core: -3×20 Hip Extensions

This kid is officially a high school grad, on her way to Texas Tech.
