Monday 6-8-14

This week we are going to have longer workouts. Why does that matter? Well, make sure you: A) drink PLENTY of water B) get plenty of sleep so your body can recover C) eat good and clean meals, such as protein and vegetable rich meals, little nuts and seeds and fruits, including little fats, and NO SUGAR!

Now, ladies, there is an all ladies competition coming up in July 12th. It is in Cleburne and we’d love to take a group down there. We’ll be there selling Baker Bites and would love to have you all representing all the hard work and skills you’ve put in. We’ll start a lost at the gym of who is going so you all know who will be there.

Also, do not skip out on a benchmark workout like this, it’s a sign of weakness.
