What a weekend!!  There were so many new faces at the gym Friday night for our 3rd Southbound Throwdown. It was an amazing night and it is growing by the month!  Saturday we had a competition and even had a team take first and we couldn’t be more proud of everyone’s progress. Needless to say, our community is stronger than ever! Now, going into this week, we have a lot to go over before the month of July begins. We will be going over all of this throughout this week so make sure to be there as much as possible.
