We will be doing highly technical movements or skills this week, not necessarily hard or intense workouts. What this means is more focused setup, high concentration and as perfect as possible on execution.
Also, remember that this SATURDAY we ARE NOT HAVING CLASS. Instead, we will be running the 5K in town to raise money for the fallen officer, Heather Phares.
