Monday 6-10-13

As we begin a new week, we start new goals, new mindsets, new challenges. What we ask of you is to give us your all. Summer for the kids has begun, schedules are going to get hectic with summer camps and vacations and maybe even babysitters. Please dont lose sight of your goals and what its going to take to get there. So, as the week starts, set some goals!  A goal for the week whether that be make it to 3 classes or no sodas and extra water! A goal for the month as well, like get double unders unbroken or a muscle up or even a pullup. Keep those goals somewhere where you can see them often. Rewrite them often, visualize them, accomplish them. We will be diving into this a little deeper throughout the week during classes, so make sure to show yourself!
