We want to thank each and everyone of you who was there Friday night for the first South Bound Throwdown of 2014. We want to thank you for so many things like cheering on others, even strangers you didn’t know. To thank you for showing support for your home gym and us as your coaches. To thank you for helping pick up and close up shop when it was time to leave. To thank you, again, for allowing us to live out our dream day to day…without all of you, this would not be possible.
At the end of this week, we will retest a workout we did at the beginning of this month. So, make sure to show up Friday!
