Monday 3-4-13

Today we begin our new schedule which includes splitting our classes into Swink Fundamentals (Level 1) and Swink Performance (Level 2). Anyone, at any time, can join in on Swink Fundamentals. We are also doing our free week of Swink Conditioning, our brand new class, with a brand new format. Again, this class is from 6:30-7:30pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9:15-10:15am. Hope to see everyone tomorrow and maybe some new faces! **REMINDER, 5:30PM IS SWINK PERFORMANCE ONLY**
