Congrats to all who finished that last Open workout,14.5! That workout undoubtedly goes down in history as one of the toughest ones yet. If you have yet to do it, make sure you give us a heads up of when you’ll be there.
Now that the Open is done, we are giving a makeover to your workouts. Starting tomorrow, we will need you to write down some of your workouts. Tomorrow we are doing a test set, so writing down your results will allow you to gage your hard work at the end of the month when we retest.
Remember, open gym daily from 4:30-5:30pm and Tuesday and Thursday night, we will hold a Swink Barbell class, open to all, focusing on Olympic lifts. It starts at 6:30pm.
