What an Open that was! Congrats to everyone who completed this year’s Open. It wasn’t an easy task by any means but you all made it through.

Also, if you have yet to do this workout, please please coordinate with your coach when you’ll be coming in so we can make sure to have a judge there. Thanks.

This week will be more of a transition week for our Fundamentals crew, as we just focus on moving and getting the body back to normal again after 90 Thrusters.
