It’s the last day to get your scores in or even to do the 14.4 workout. DON’T FORGET TO PUT IN YOUR SCORES!

This is the last week for the CrossFit Open and we are proud of you all! Congrats to all of you who have overcome so much. Whether it was getting your first Toes 2 Bar or getting past a mental fear before that workout, you all have done awesome!

One last thing, April and here on out we are going to be trying a new and even more thorough, much improved programming. What does this mean for you? It means keeping a log of how you’re doing. It means better results. It means a better plan for you to progress. Just a heads up!
