Dear Swinkers, we’re back to a normal schedule, as far as school goes. So, if you are going to be at the a.m. classes, please reserve a class. No, 9a.m. is not as important, but we’d like to know who will be at 9a.m. So, if you all can, please reserve any a.m. class.
Now, there are a handful of you who have not done 15.3. We’d like to get you in the gym before 6:00 in order to complete the workout and submit your score. Please let us know when you’ll be in to do your workout.
Also, Saturday crew, where ya been?! This Saturday, let’s bring everyone in, so be there! It’ll be fun, we promise….
As for today, we have some good hard work in store for you. Now, the weights and reps can all be adjusted, so do not let the initial rep scheme or weights scare you.
