Today, Fundamentals does a workout for our January Member of the Month, Meg! In case you all didn’t know, she is the one who does our write ups for every M.O.M. we’ve had in the past. She definitely loves you all and loves doing those write ups for you guys. Now we celebrate by doing a workout for her…you may not love her afterwards! 😉
