February is here everyone. Know what that means??!! The CrossFit Open is just around the corner. If you haven’t yet, go to to sign up! No, it’s not mandatory, but highly encouraged.

Also, ANY and ALL who’d like to help us move this Saturday after class are welcomed. Trucks, trailers, buggies, cheap labor AKA kids…anything we can use to move and transport items would be great. Also, we plan to do a cookout that day for all that want to stay around and grub with us. Anyone got a smoker?!?!

Swink Fundamentals -Shoulder Strength

Skill: -Getting upside down!!! AKA Handstands

Every 3:00 on the minute for 15:00, you must complete: – :30 sec Handstand -5 Back Squats -5 Burpees

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength

Strength: 10:00 EMOTM -1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk @70-80%, no more

Skill: -Chest 2 Bar and Pullup technique!!!
