Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength/Mobility
Strength: -Clean Pulls 5×2 @100%
Conditioning: 5 Rounds for time: -150m Run -Squat Cleans* (@70%)
*First round you do 10 reps, then 8, 6, 4, and finally 2 reps.
Sometimes laying down is the best option. We may be seeing a lot of this going on this week being outside and what not!
